Wesley and I took off for the summer since Scott had some summer rotations set up for school. Our first and last stop of our summer vacation was Montana. We left town the end of June and spent a little longer then a week (and the 4th of July and Wesley's 1st birthday!) with Scott's family at their home and cabin on the river. Wesley took his first swim in a pool then (he hated it and was super sad). My mom came up to visit and drive back with me and we hiked the rims and saw a bunny in the plants at Lowes. After the rest of our travels Scott met up with us in Salt Lake and got to spend a week back in Montana with us. There was lots of time on the river fly fishing, rafting (which by the way is so fun) and eating huckleberry ice cream at Dew Drop Inn. We also got to go on one of my favorite waterfall hikes. Wesley's friend here was Penne, Scott's parents newest dog.
